It's not a place, a group, or a certain period of time. It is a mindset, it is beauty, and it is within all of you...

YOU are the light to the World, and YOUR sunburst brightness will catch the attention of Kings and Queens, Presidents and Rulers all over the World. There is a time for everything and there is a purpose and reason for EVERYTHING. Do not think that this is the end, because this is just the beginning for you!

The crazy thing about time is that it changes things. Through your whole life you will experience change after change after change, but it is YOUR choice whether or not you embrace this change and allow your Father to take you to a new place. Change is just another opportunity for growth, and many times growing can be painful, but the end result is always worth it. You are stronger, wiser, and closer to your Father.

YOU are very special to me and I want you to know I have no regrets. Because Gods word tells us to, "Go ye therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world." (Matt. 28:19-20) What we tend to forget is that to make disciples you must build a relationship, making disciples is not ordering people around and telling them what to do. It is living your life as an example as best as you can, and helping others reach their full potential here on earth by living their LIFE day by day for their King. It's not rocket science and it's not something you have to get a degree in. This is LIFE, and a life worth living. You have taught me how simple all of this really is, with your child-like faith, and your passion for the Father. And you continue to amaze me each day, even though we are not together as much as we once were. And THAT is what it is all about. You see, because even though it is hard to change, and hard to welcome a new season, there is always purpose. If we chose to stay where we were, we would have never grown to become who we are today, and who we will be tomorrow! When I see you growing more and more even when I am away, and spreading this light to more people it makes me smile! Because that lets me know that this is REAL, that the seed planted by God has taken root and is blooming into something beautiful. People say the way to judge a ministry is by the fruit that ministry bears, well I must say that the rizing continues to bear fruit. (I see it like LARGE, oversized PASSIONFRUIT!!) And that tells you that it is not about me or any man, because this is nothing I could have done, this is GOD. This is the Father pouring His love on His children, because they pour their lives into HIM. Your passion for your Father has made the heavens overflow with showers of LOVE. And love is what it's all about; you have helped teach me that! LOVE shatters all fear, love brings people together, love heals the sick (mental and physical), love brings repentance, and LOVE will change the world!

You are WORLD CHANGERS and will always be! No matter what happens you must never forget your purpose here. The world will tell you to live a certain way, and to give up on God. As you grow older you will be bombarded by the reality of life, but never let it change who you really are. Continue to build a strong foundation NOW, so that NOTHING the world sends your way will shake you.

Always remember the day you chose to RISE, and continue to embrace the rising that lives within you.

I usually write blogs after I have been through something, or had some sort of great revelation. This time I felt I needed to write while I was in the middle of something, still getting revelation...I hope it might encourage you.

If there is one thing you can be sure of, it is CHANGE! When I was a child I loved change...from re-arranging my parents furniture every week, to being so excited to move from Florida to Georgia just because it was different...I seemed to chase change. As a grew up change became more about dealing with things, and less about FUN! It seems the older you get the more change happens, and the bigger the change becomes. You graduate high school, you go to college, move away from your parents and everything you know...get married, pay your own bills, try having your own career, having kids...and those are just the big changes most people go through..in the meantime there are all the little changes you deal with as well.

So how do we deal with change? You know it is inevitable...so why do we tend to be so surprised when things change. God is the same yesterday today and forever, and yet He is forever changing!! How does that work? I have no idea, all I know is that it makes sense, in a crazy weird kind of way. Usually the reason change is always so hard is because we have to give up something we are comfortable with...but here is the amazing part...

If you choose to embrace change as GOD's change, and put your trust completely in HIM, He will walk you through the transition period, which is usually the most difficult. If you choose to TRUST your Father (GOD), He will take you on a journey like you have never known. You find yourself in a position where you have lost everything that made up who you were, and everything that made you comfortable in this life. And you find yourself searching for your identity, which if realized could be an amazing opportunity.

This is when you turn to your Daddy (GOD), because He is truly the only one who knows your true identity, even more than YOU do. This isn't always easy because it means you must surrender everything you think you ae, your pride, your dreams, the way you see yourself as such an amazing person...it all must be given up. I think this is what the Bible is speaking of when it says, "I am crucified with Christ, its no longer I that live, but Christ lives in me." You never really understand this verse until you lose it all. But it is when you lose "everything", that you find EVERYTHING! (That is, everything that is TRUE)

We think we have it all under control, and we know everything. We think we can provide for our family, we can be the perfect husband, the loving Father...we think that we can pull this of on our own, and we usually don't realize that this is impossible until we fall flat on our face. Then we realize that it is only GOD through us that can be the person we were created to be. Full of LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, FAITHFULNESS, MEEKNESS, & SELF CONTROL. We were made in His image so that His image could be seen by the world.

Father, I have changed my image to look like what I want, and what I want others to see...I ask you to take that image from me, and shatter it. Lord, break me, and put me back together in a new form, a form that looks like You, so the World can see YOU, and only You!

I love you daddy, thank you for never leaving me.

Don't Lose Your Sight

"Because a loveless world is a sightless world," said Jesus. If anyone loves me, he will carefully keep my word and my Father will love Him - we'll move right into the neighborhood! John 14:23

God never asked us to be perfect. Many times we miss the will of God in our lives because we feel like we are not worthy to do it. Well, after about the 100th time this happened to me I started to think...will I EVER feel worthy? Probably not! So this whole time I have not done what I know God is telling me to do because I don't feel like I am worthy. Thats pretty selfish I must say! Here God is asking time after time after time...DO THIS, DO MY WILL, ITS WHAT YOU ARE REALLY PASSIONATE ABOUT, SO DO IT! And what is my response? "OK, I will do that, but after I have read a little more of the Bible, and when I have gone at least 2 weeks without having a negative thought, and after I receive at least 3 confirmations...THEN I will do it, ok God." How selfish can I be. Meantime there are hundreds, and probably thousands of lost dying souls, just waiting for ME to be BOLD, waiting for me to BELIEVE not only in Father God, but in MYSELF! How can I be so selfish?

Lord, I will do your will! I repent for making excuses and backing out time after time...NO LONGER will I run from my destiny! You have called me by name to shake the earth with the sound of Heaven. So here I am, send me. Here I am, mold me. Here I am, use me. Because its not for me, its for YOUR GLORY. I can't do this by myself!! Are you kidding?
Shake everything that needs to be shaken, make me ONE with YOU!

"You didn't choose me, remember, I chose you, and put you in the world to bear fruit, fruit that won't spoil. As fruit bearers, whatever you ask the Father in relation to me, he gives you. But remember the root command: Love on another." John 15:16-17
